BDS has four divisions as follows: (a) Social Development (b) Poverty Elevation through Employment Generation (micro credit) (c) Human Resource Development and (d) Finance, Audit. The social development sector is implementing the program and monitoring, evaluating, and provide assistance and advisory services to the beneficiaries. Poverty Elevation through employment generation is the credit division, which work with groups to provide credit for income oriented and employment generation activities. Human Resource Development arranges and provides training in respect promotion of human skill and administers the administrative affairs according to the policy guidelines of BDS. Finance and audit sector deal with the relevance of financial performances, analysis the achievement and reports directly to the executive director. Besides BDS has training units to conduct trainings related to poverty elevation and to impart training to the staffs of BDS and group members in collaboration with PKSF and other National GOs and NGO’s.
