The overall informal atmosphere of BDS is very cordial and relationship between staff and volunteers, local elite and visitors, GO’s and NGO’s and also target constituency. BDS staff work together as BDS family, but carrying out directions of his/her higher authority strictly and obediently. During the emergency period BDS staffs are committed to work as required.
Most of the senior staffs are working with BDS since its inception. A large number of male staffs are working with BDS and the authority has an intention to increase the number by giving preference female candidate during appointment. Moreover, number of female delegation has been increased in the General Body of BDS.
