In regards to implement the program/project the BDS authority agreed upon a written agreement with the concern donor/institution after that the department continue the project activities according the guideline and budget of respective donors. Reviewing the achievement is given in time with feedback and analytical reports of financial and programmatic. BDS management are responsible to keep uphold the activities through supervision and monitoring the performances in courses of transparency and accountability.
