Taking into consideration the development of office premises at different locations, development of its pragmatic programs and its successful implementation and impact, effective and meaningful relations with the government-national international agencies and considering the dignity and honour earned by BDS, it can be said that BDS has reached in the PRIME stage of organizational life cycle where ideally an organization shall stay. Moreover, BDS has emerged as a support service leading organization in the southern part of Bangladesh.
